Diamonds do more than just sparkle! Crystals are becoming increasingly popular wellbeing tools. Gems and minerals carry their own energy signatures which we can connect with to balance our own energies. Think of this as a specific frequency, like a musical note for example – a vibration you can tap into but in this case not hear, but subtly feel.

This workshop (hosted by Laura at Peachy Wellbeing) gives an introduction to using crystals for wellbeing and how they can assist you through meditation, placing on certain parts of your body, using around the home or wearing in jewellery (please bring along any gemstone jewellery you would like to know more about!). It will also explain the importance of cleansing crystals and how to know which ones suit you.

Includes a meditation/visualisation, a crystal and mini crystal guide to take home. No prior knowledge or skills needed.

An inspiring 2 hour workshop for anyone who wants to understand what Chakras are and gain an insight on how to work with them. No prior knowledge or skills needed.

Join Laura from Peachy Wellbeing to explore the Chakra system (which is often referred to in yoga and other Eastern practices).

Each of the seven main chakras (or energy centres) interact with every aspects of our being, including personality, physcial and mental health, feelings, communication, behaviour and past and present experiences. Because of this, we can use the chakra system as a map for our current state of being and use different mindfulness tools to bring our own chakras into balance and harmony to promote health on all levels.

This relaxed workshop will teach you about the chakras and give some useful tools on how to work with them to feel balanced and improve wellbeing. Includes a short meditation/visualisation, creative ‘colour your chakras’ exercise and chakra guide to take away. Tea, biscuits and a warm welcome also included!
